We do not sell finished speakers. We manufacture the mechanical, structural, thermal, acoustic, and protective components specified by audio brands.
SuspensionRails, fly plates, links, clamps, pins, and retention hardware.
Acoustic protectionPerforated grilles, amplifier chassis, rear plates, and trays.
InstallationYokes, wall mounts, pivots, pole cups, and installation brackets.
Precision metalHeat sinks, adapter rings, knobs, spacers, and machined interfaces.
Functional polymerHorns, waveguides, frames, handles, feet, gaskets, and seals.
Electronics integrationAmplifier panels, protective covers, brackets, and internal mounts.
From Design Review to Repeat Supply
The depth of review and records is agreed for the component, its application risk, order stage, and buyer requirements.
Confirm files, revision, quantity, material, finish, application, critical features, mating parts, cosmetic zones, and packing needs.
Identify manufacturing risks, tooling implications, realistic tolerances, datums, assembly access, finish allowances, and inspection methods.
Prepare representative samples or production tooling, record open actions, and separate geometry validation from cosmetic approval.
Verify agreed dimensions, appearance, fit, interfaces, and documentation before repeat production is released.
Control the approved route, inspect agreed features, protect cosmetic surfaces, confirm labeling, and prepare export packaging.
